Pamela Lynn Holman Kirkland, 62, of Clinton passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Memorial Service will be 11:00 am, Monday, December 12, 2022 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory.
Pamela Lynn Holman was born August 21, 1960 in Opp, Alabama, the daughter of Curtis E. and Bera Nell (Phillips) Holman. She was a graduate of Central High School in Fort Pierce, Florida and earned her LPN at Indian River Community College. She worked as a nurse at Vero Beach VA Clinic for many years. She enjoyed watching the birds, truly loved being a nurse, and enjoyed fishing and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a southern girl who really enjoyed a good football game.
Pamela is survived by her two children: Melissa Diane Kirkland of Fort Collins, Colorado and Michael Scott Kirkland of Rock Island, Illinois; three grandchildren: Serenity Lee Verdadero of Sterling, Illinois, Dakota Corrinne Kirkland of Denver, Colorado and Amiyah Sunshyne Chadwick of Fort Collins, Colorado; siblings: Kimberly Elaine Lehman of Clinton and Curtis Brian Holman of Fort Pierce, Florida; one nephew Phillip Jon Holman; and two nieces: Ashley Marie Holman and Courtney Lynn Holman. She was preceded in death by her parents.
