Dear Jane,
Nona was a classy lady who had a style all her own. I felt she enjoyed listening to us talk about what was going on in our lives and welcomed a visit just about any-time.
In her gifts of sewing and gardening were her joy. Her collection of pretty dolls gave her such joy.
Jane her daughter was my good friend when I was a young girl and we ran all over the Quad Cities in the brown Dodge just kicking around...having a great time and ( We thought) keeping secrets from Nona about where we have been and what we were doing. O those were the days...my friend.
Please accept my sincere sympathy Jane in the loss of your mother.
