Nathan A. Herman's Obituary
Nathan Alan Herman, 66, of Clinton passed away at the University of Iowa Hospitals on Saturday, August 9, 2025.
Nate was born on September 4, 1958, to Karl Frederick Herman and Jean Ann Stone in Waukon, Iowa. He attended school in Clinton and graduated from Job Corps. In his younger years, he worked as a cement mason. He worked as a laborer until he retired. He loved his music loud and his beer cold.
Nate was preceded in death by his parents Karl Herman, Jane and Marshel Edmundson, his sister Jenny Herman, a niece and a great nephew.
He is survived by his brothers: Karl Herman of Camanche, Greg Herman and Max Herman both of Clinton; his sisters: Julia Hammer of Milan, Illinois, Chris Herman and Paul Herman both of Clinton, his daughters: Bobbie Duncan of Clinton and Michelle Herman who lives in Nebraska and many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Nate will be forever missed by his family and friends.
