Myrtle Knapp, 66, of Clinton, IA, died Monday, November 12, 2007 at Mercy Medical Center - North Campus in Clinton, IA. Services will be held at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory on Thursday, November 15, 2007 at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig on Thursday, November 15, 2007 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery, in Clinton, IA. Pallbearers will be Al Pribble, Rick Broderick, Ed Broderick and Tom Craig, Sr. Myrtle was born on January 28, 1941, in Iowa City, IA, the daughter of Ethel Knapp. She was employed at the Skyline Center in Clinton for more than twenty years. Myrtle enjoyed feeding the birds and squirrels; she had a love for stuffed animals and flowers and was adored by children and all people that knew her. Survivors include her aunt, Grace Bailey with whom she lived; her guardians, Tom and Sharon Craig, Jr. of Clinton, IA; and many cousins. Her mother preceded her in death.
