First my eyes watered up, but then I thought about our times at the Ramada and the time she drove the City truck up on the sidewalk when she came to get her check at Sedona and I laughed outloud. Michelle worked hard, laughed often and was a true friend. I remember how she took my nephew under her wing a few summers when he worked for the parks department. She was kind and will be missed. God's blessing to the family.

Tom and I are so saddened to hear the news of Michelle's passing. Michelle worked for Tom in the Parks Department and she was an excellent employee. They shared many laughs and good times. I enjoyed talking with Michelle as I worked for that department in the city also. The years she was Caretaker at the park were good years as I lived in the north end close to Eagle Point and frequented the park often and would stop just to talk with her. Her Mother and children were always so good and friendly to Tom and I. She will be so missed! Our sincere condolences to all of you. I will so miss her and our interesting conversations.
