Michele R. Hill, 60, of Clinton passed away Friday, December 12, 2025 at home.

Michele Renee Hanniford was born January 18, 1965 in Charleston, South Carolina. She was a 1983 graduate of Clinton High School and attended Clinton Community College. She worked at First Central State Bank as a teller and really enjoyed working there.
Michele enjoyed taking care of animals of all shapes and sizes. She also enjoyed country music and dancing. Michele also enjoyed gardening and taking care of her plants.
She is survived by her son Bryson Hanniford of Baylis, Illinois, father William “Bill” (Barb) Ernst of Clinton, mother Janice (Jeff) Larson of Marcels, Illinois, two grandchildren Hazely and Oliver, and brother Matthew Ernst of Clinton.
Michele was preceded in death by her son Dalton Hill.
