Michael E. Thomas' Obituary
Michael Everette Thomas, 76, of Clinton, Iowa, died Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at Mercy One, Clinton.
A celebration of Michael’s life will be held at a later date. Cremation will take place at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory.

Michael was born June 11, 1944 in Rock Island, Illinois, the son of Ewart and Helen (South) Thomas. Michael was a 1962 Rock Island High School graduate. He married Sandra “Bunny” Mehrens October 29, 2000 in Davenport, Iowa.
Michael owned and operated AAA Cleaning for many years, retiring in 2000. He also owned his own window cleaning business in Clinton for many years.
He was an active member of the DeWitt Lions Club and was head of the membership committee.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra “Bunny” Thomas of Clinton; children, James (Jamie) Thomas; Virginia Thomas and John Thomas all of Davenport; step-son, Brian Gray of Davenport and step-son, Robert (Tonya) Gray of Long Grove, Iowa; 14 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; his sister, Margo (Michael) Harmon of Moline, Illinois and his special pup, Teddy.
He was preceded in death by his parents and Baby, his special puppy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Unity Point Hospice.
