Michael Lee Schultz, 77, of Clinton, Iowa, passed away Monday, November 13, 2023 at his home. A celebration of life is being planned for a later date. Michael was born June 5, 1946 in Clinton, Iowa, the son of Mike and Eunice (Streets) Schultz. He married Leita Claussen January 25, 1965 in Camanche, IA.
Mike was employed with the City of Clinton in the street department from March 19, 1973 until retiring February 29, 2008. He was a longtime member of the Clinton Area Rod Club and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Survivors include his wife, Leita; children, Michael (Shelly) Schultz of Clinton, IA and Karen (Scott) Mohr of Goose Lake, IA; four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and his sister, Sue Kinnaman of Rock Falls, IL.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Larry and Rodney and sister, Connie.
