Matthew J. Rimmer, 69, of Clinton, died Saturday, August 25, 2012 at his home. Funeral Services will be 6:00pm, Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at the Church of the Open Door. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 to the service time a Read Obituary
Very sory for your loss. Mr Rimmer would dine at the establishment that I work, sometimes with family (?) but mostly I would see him with friends. He was the type of character to put a smile on your face with a good joke or alittle razzing, always in good spirits and had a sense of humor that was contagious. He will be missed.
I am sorry to hear about Matt's passing. He and Sharon were the apartment managers and my neighbors on 5th Ave and 1st St. when I moved to Clinton in the '80's. They made me feel welcome here and were always available when needed. My sympathy goes out to you and your family.
It was a pleasure getting to know Matt.
He loved his Lord and was always eager
to learn more about his Savior. We grieve with the family at this time, but
we rejoice with Matt. He wanted nothing more than to see Jesus and his
wife and now he has both.
All ways heard good things about uncle Jim!
Matt was a terrific friend and neighbor with a great sense of humor. He will be sadly missed by Sue and myself. I'm sure he is in a far better place now because God knows what a true believer and friend he had in Matt. It has been a pleasure knowing Matt and he will be missed. Doug and Sue Leslie
