Mary L. Nelson, 81, of Clinton, died, Thursday, October 23, 2008 at the Alverno Nursing Home. Funeral Services will be 1:00pm, Sunday, October 26, 2008 at Saint Paul Lutheran Church, Clinton. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Read Obituary
I met Mary Lou at the Alverno where my mother is staying, she used to sit at the same table as Virginia Lange. I would always see Dean up there everyday when I went up to visit my mom. She was a very nice lady and I was happy to have met her.

I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I did Mary Lou's hair for about 3 yrs, after Rosie Ott. She was a wonderful lady and had a great guy to take care of her. I have missed our weekly visits and hearing about her wonderful family. God Bless.
We knew Mary Lou from Camanche days when she was a member of Immanuel Lutheran in Camanche and had a fabric store in her home. We offer our sympathy to Jeff, Nancy, Jan and your families. May you cherish the good memories you have of your mom.
