Mary A. Malcom, 82, of Camanche passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022 at her home.
Snell-Zornig Funeral Home is honored to serve Mary’s family.
Mary Ann Farris was born June 5, 1940 in Jefferson City, Missouri, the daughter of George and Francis (Dowell) Farris. She was a graduate of Weaver High School. She married Wayne Malcom on May 4, 1964; he preceded her in death on July 30, 2020. She worked for Carlon for many years as a machine operator.
Mary enjoyed gardening, birds especially Hummingbirds and doing jigsaw puzzles, but mostly she loved time spent caring for her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her five children: Scott Malcom of Muscatine, Iowa, Shelley (Robert) Hoffmann of Wichita, Kansas, Steve Malcom of Burlington, Iowa, Sheryl (Tim) Bubniak of Olathe, Kansas and Randy Enslow of Clinton; 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and three siblings: Irene Fraser, Lucille Miller and Kim Farris all of Augusta, Iowa.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son Dennis Enslow and brother Jack Farris.
