Mary Ione Dann's Obituary
Mary Ione Dann, 66, of Clinton passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at Mercy Living Center South. Per Mary’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no visitation or service. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family with arrangements.
Mary was born on September 14, 1946 in Clinton, Iowa to Donald and Eunice (Platt) Dann.
Mary was a 1964 Camanche High School graduate and graduated from Clinton Academy of Beauty School in Clinton, Iowa.
She was employed as a hairdresser and owned and operated Stairway to Beauty for 35 years.
Survivors include her sisters, Becky and Marilyn Dann of Clinton; brother, Reynold Dann of Clinton; sisters-in-law, Cindy Shultz and Sharon Dann Vaske; nieces and nephews, Amy Brewer, LeVoi Dannatt, Sam Dann, Gabe Dann, Melany Dann, Denise Judge, Ross Landon, Cory Dann, and Kelly Dreibelbeis; great nieces and nephews, Mallorry, Jasmine, Natalie, Madison, Alayna, Ivy, Katelyn, Christina, Richard, Anthony, Austin, David, Drake, Dexter, Dayne, Damon, Mitchell, Faith, Tyler, Treyger, Samantha, Wyatt, Olivia, Alexia, Alayna, Megan, and Madaline; and great great nieces and nephews Kaleb, Anna, T.C. and Zeik.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother
Sam Dann.
