Marlene M. Boysen, 88, of Clinton, passed away Saturday evening at Prairie Hills- Clinton. Private Funeral Services will be Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Burial will follow Read Obituary
Marlene showed so much love and concern for my late husband, Les Boysen, when he was ill with Lou Gehrig's Disease. She brought him several religious books, and I know she prayed for him daily. She was a very devoted Christian, and I know she's happy to be with her husband again.

I always enjoyed talking to Marlene. She was such a sweet lady. She had such receptive way of viewing medicine and the world. She always bragged about her children and grandchildren. May she Rest In Peace.
What a beautiful woman inside and out. She left a sweet and powerful legacy for her family and her church family. Her children honored their mother in ways that many others wouldn't, she felt loved and cherished. Marlene was always such a kind, classy lady. We went back a lot of years when Meryl was on the board of Hawkeye Bank and Trust of Camanche spending time with her at many bank Christmas parties and other celebrations not to mention the many times I would see her in the bank and we would visit. She was so proud of her sons.
