Mark Cady's Obituary
Mark D. Cady, 60, of Clinton, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center – Clinton.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Eagle’s Club in Clinton. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory is assisting the family. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting his obituary at www.snellzornig.com.
Mark Douglas Cady was born August 6, 1955 in Clinton Iowa, the son of Harold and Ena (Point) Cady. He was a 1973 Clinton High School graduate. He married Luann Krogmann on July 26, 2003 in Clinton, Iowa.
Mark was a jack of all trades and a dreamer. He was handy and enjoyed many things from shopping and collecting to building and constructing. He enjoyed car racing and fishing. He enjoyed traveling and gambling and auctioning and loved watching sports. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and talking with people he knew.
He is survived by his wife Luann of Clinton; 7 children: Christopher (Tracy Huff) Cady of Clinton, Aaron (Patti) Cady of Camanche, Nicole (Alex) Guzman of Clinton, Cory (Amanda) Cady of Clinton, Ben Cady of Clinton, Justin (Kim) Hamilton of Tiffin, Iowa, Kristin Hamilton of Clinton, and Matthew (Erica Hildebrandt) Hamilton of Clinton; 15 gradchildren; 2 brothers: Harold (Janice) Cady of Clinton and Bill (Barb) Titus of Arnold, Missouri; and many nieces and nephews.
Mark was preceded in death by parents and 2 sister: Ruth and Sherrill.
