Marian Hammer's Obituary
Marian M. Hammer, 81, of Clinton, died Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at Mercy Living Center – South. Private Family Services will be 10:00am, Friday, December 17, 2010 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Burial will follow in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Marian Marie Hudson was born on March 11, 1929 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Orice and Marie (Cullen) Hudson. She married Franklin Hammer on February 12, 1950 in Clinton, Iowa; he later died on February 1, 2009. She was a 1947 graduate of Clinton High School. She was a homemaker. She is survived by one daughter: Linda (Michael) Paschka of Clinton; one grandson Tim Hansen of Clinton, two great-grandchildren: Katelynne Busch and Frankie Hansen ; and one brother: Allen Hudson of Clinton, Iowa; two sisters: Dorothy Eickert of Andover, Iowa, and Joyce Von Thun of Fulton, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and two brothers.
