Marcia L. Jones' Obituary
Marcia L. Jones, 62, of Camanche, Iowa died Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Mercy Living Center North. Memorial services will be 2:00 PM, Friday, December 28, 2012 at New Unity D.W.C. in Savanna, IL. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory assisted the family with arrangements.
Marcia was born June 27, 1950 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Kenneth and Joyce (Fletcher) Tripp. She was employed at Casey’s in Camanche for 18 years, and Kramer’s Salsa.
She was a member of New Unity Church, Savanna, Illinois, for the past six years and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles for 25 years.
She is survived by her children, Kelly Jones of Camanche; Michele Jones of Camanche; Tatem (David) Abney of Savanna, IL and Jeremy Jones of Camanche; two grandchildren; brother, Kenneth (Ellen) Tripp of Donahue, Iowa; sister, Judith (Robert) Huebbe of Clinton, Iowa and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Sally Oderwald.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
