Mai Lingle's Obituary
Mai Lingle, 87, of San Jose, CA, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2020 at her home, surrounded by her family. Graveside services for Mai will be held, 1:00PM Friday, January 10, 2020 at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Clinton. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting snellzornig.com.
Mai was born January 30, 1932 in Terre Haute, Indiana, the daughter of Chester and Gladys (Mertel) Lundy. She married Al Lingle in Oklahoma in 1963, he died in 1986.
Mai was employed as a bookkeeper for more than 30 years in the auto industry.
Survivors include her children, Debi Lewis of San Jose, CA; Martin “Marty” Lingle of San Jose, CA and Jeff (Xuan Dao “Suzy”) Lingle of Evans, CO; and two grandchildren.
In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and one brother.
