Madonna Irene Jacobsen-Jordan's Obituary
Madonna "Donna" I. Jacobsen-Jordan, a lifelong resident of Clinton, Iowa, and Page, Arizona, passed away on July 27, 2024, at the age of 92.
Born in Clinton, Iowa, to the late Irene Johnson and her late stepfather, Robert Johnson, Donna was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her children: Larry (Val) Bruggenwirth, Terry (Lorrie) Bruggenwirth, Marty Wilslef, Tammy (Doug) Bengston, Tony (Joni) Davis, and Stan Davis; daughter-in-law Janet Bruggenwirth; and sister Inez Fenzel.
Donna was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Terry Jordan; sons Mark Bruggenwirth, Steve Bruggenwirth, and Glen Wislef; brother Jack Jacobsen; grandson Brent Bruggenwirth; and great-granddaughters Samantha and Brooke Bruggenwirth.
She will be deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Donna's son Stan lovingly cared for her over the last three years. She cherished her cat, Annie, and enjoyed long car rides. Donna was an avid bowler in the past, winning many trophies and a state title.
Rest in peace, Donna. Your love and legacy will be remembered by all who knew you.
A small gathering will be held at Christ Episcopal 2100 North Second Street, Clinton, Iowa on Friday, August 2nd, from 5:00PM-7:00PM. Enter through the back door near the parking lot. All family and friends are invited.
