Dear Rose and Family,
Lynn will be truly be missed. Several times when I was back up home, I planned to try to get a hold of Lynn, and unfortunately time didn't permit. We always think we have more time, but never do.
I will never forget the times we ran around together. He was in Purl's and my wedding on August 28,1971. He originally turned me down because he couldn't afford the tux. I wouldn't take no for an answer and, I asked him if he had a suit jacket. He said he did, so I asked him to be one of my ushers with Dennis Kinkaid.
We spent a lot of afternoons during the summer at the Clinton Pool. He was a good friend and I wish we would have not gone our own directions so many years ago. Maybe if we had had e-mail when we were in high school, we wouldn't have. Life is strange that way. To Lynn's children, if there's a friend in your life and you're growing apart, pick up a phone or e-mail them. You all will be in our thoughts and prayers. Rest well until we can meet again.
Jon, Purl, Troy, Logan, and Carley Weber
