Lorna M. Ohsann, 76, of Camanche passed away, Saturday, February 26, 2022 at the Alverno.
There will be Celebration of Lorna’s life on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the Rock Creek Eco Center from 11:00am to 3:00pm. The Camanche Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family.
Lorna Marie McElroy was born on January 8, 1946 in Clinton, the daughter of John and Arlene (Bott) McElroy. She was a 1964 graduate of Camanche High School. She married Phillip Ohsann on August 26, 1967.
Lorna was a warehouse operator at WestRock for 42 years retiring in 2008. She loved going to Florida for family vacations, reading, and going to garage sales. She enjoyed baking, decorating for Christmas, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and granddogs. She also enjoyed spending time with her childhood friend: Beth Campshure.
Lorna is survived by her husband: Phillip of Camanche; her children: Amber (Derek) Welveart of Camanche, Aric (Deb) Ohsann of Clinton, and Adam (Erin) Ohsann of Camanche; three grandchildren: Wyatt, Andersen, and Marik; her mother: Arlene McElroy of Camanche; and her siblings: Luanne (Joe) Carstensen of Camanche, Larry (Roxanne) McElroy of Camanche, and John (Tammie) McElroy of Clinton. She was preceded death by her father.
Memorials can be made to a future education fund for her grandchildren.
