Lora L. Tague's Obituary
Lora L. Tague, 59, of Lebanon, Missouri formerly of Clinton passed away Friday, March 24, 2017 at her home - Lebanon, Missouri.
Funeral Services will be 3:00 pm, Thursday, March 30, 2017 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Visitation will be Thursday from 1:00 pm until the service hour at the funeral home.
Lora Linn Green was born July 12, 1957 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Van and Barbara (Schenkel) Green, Jr.. She attended Davenport Schools. She married Roger A. Tague on July 30, 1982 in LeClaire, Iowa; he preceded her in death on November 4, 2014. She worked for the Collis Company for 22 years until she retired in 2001.
Lora attended the Wood Street Baptist Church in Lebanon, Missouri. She enjoyed fishing, being outside, cooking and eating. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially time spent with her grandchildren. Lora loved gardening and her favorite times of the year were Christmas and Mother’s Day. She always spent those days with her mom and with her children. She was an avid Chicago Bears fan and loved watching the games with Jovan.
Lora is survived by her three children: Heather Kline of Clinton, Terry (Brianna) Kline of Grove Springs, Missouri and Jesse (Sally) Tague of Lebanon, Missouri, her mother and step-father, Barbara and Robert McDermott of Eldridge, Iowa; 13 grandchildren: Jovan, Ashley, Jada, Avrian, Dakota, Sebastian, Abigail, Brooklyn, Brielle, T.J., Teine, Tonay, and Victoria; three great grandchildren: Rocko, Azaria and Ezmarie; a brother to her children, her beloved dog JoJo; four sisters: Debbie (Pat) Green of Clinton, Linda (Jon) Young of Davenport, Michele (Clint) Youngquist of Eldridge, Iowa and Paula (Eric) Zinke of Clinton; brother: Van (Becky) Green III of Fulton; and special friend, Bonnie Guilliams of Albany, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her husband, grandparents and her father.
