Lola Esther Mcardle, 51, of Clinton, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019, surrounded by her family at her home in Clinton, Iowa. Services will be held at 1PM, Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be held from 11AM until the service time Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Jack Kohl, Jr., Bryant Kohl, Jason Creed, Andrew Kohl, John Kohl, Jr., and Calvin Berlin. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting snellzornig.com.
Lola was born September 29, 1967 in Aledo, Illinois, the daughter of Robert and Shirley Ann (Inman) Kohl. Lola married Paul Mcardle September 21, 1991 in Clinton.
Lola was employed as a CNA for many years at Eagle Point Nursing and Rehabilitation and Bickford Cottage.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Mcardle of Clinton, children, Will (Brinn) Kohl of Clinton; Shirley Kohl of Clinton; Tiffany (Nick) Brandenburg of Clinton; Markay (Jeremy) Bousman of Camanche; Paul Mcardle, Jr., of Clinton; Brooke McArdle of Clinton and Stephanie (Adam) Mcardle of DesMoines; several grandchildren; siblings, Laurie (Murray) Henricks of Clinton; Betty (Mike) Sally of Peoria, IL; Ginny Davis of Clinton; Robert (Esther) Kohl, Jr., of Clinton; Jack (Brenda) Kohl of Clinton and John (Monica) Kohl of Clinton and nieces, nephews and cousins.
Lola was preceded in death by her son, Calvin, a grandson, a brother and her parents.
