Lois I. Thomsen, 85, of Clinton, passed away, Friday, August 1, 2014 at Eagle Point Nursing & Rehabilitation, Clinton.
There will be no service or visitation, the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory assisted the family with arrangements.

Lois was born August 7, 1928 in Clinton County, Iowa, the daughter of Carl and Minnie (Heldt) Thomsen. She was educated in the Iowa country schools and was a graduate of Miles High School and the University of Iowa.
She had been employed as a fourth grade school teacher. She was also employed at DuPont for many years.
Survivors include her sister, Arlene Eggers of Minneapolis, MN and nephew and niece David and Vickie Eggers of Clinton, IA.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
