Kenneth Nichols' Obituary
Kenneth E. Nichols, 54, of Clinton died Monday, October 25, 2010 at Eagle Point Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the ‘Lusk Cemetery, Albany, IL. Kenneth Eugene Nichols was born on July 21, 1956 in Sterling, IL, the son of Beryl and Vera (Chastain) Nichols. He was a Fulton High School Graduate. He married Julie A. Sanders on June 16, 1984 in Fulton. Kenneth had been employed at International Paper for 28 years as a glue machine operator. He also worked for ADM and Evergreen Packaging. He was a member of the Eagles Club, Clinton AMVETS, and the Fulton Country Club. He is survived by his wife Julie of Clinton; one son: Aaron Nichols of Clinton; one brother: Kevin Nichols of Clinton, and one sister: Lois (Tab) Kraft of Camanche. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorials may be made to the family for a favorite charity.
