Kaye Hagen's Obituary
Kaye Hagen, 73, of Clinton passed away, Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Mercy Medical Center – Clinton.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes with burial in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
Mary Kaye Keefer was born September 4, 1944 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Jack and Nellie (Lingle) Keefer. She attended Clinton High School. She married Sonny Hagen on September 19, 1977 in Clinton, Iowa; he preceded her in death on January 18, 2002.
She worked Job Corp for 2 years and for the Clinton Garment Company for many years. She was a member of the Sunflower Spiritual Church in Clinton, she served as the treasurer of the church, trustee on the board of the Mississippi Valley Spiritual Association, and she was a board member, trustee and past president of the Eagle Lady Auxiliary #705.
Kaye enjoyed time spent with family and friends; she is survived by her son: Mark F. Hagen of Clinton, Iowa, Mark’s three children: Brandon Hagen of Clinton, Stephanie Hagen of Clinton and Rhiannon (Ryan) Scarborough of Rock Island, Illinois; three great grandchildren; many special people that she called her grandchildren; brother: Howard “Gus” (Marcia) Keefer of Clinton, Iowa; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her husband, Kaye was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one sister, one step brother, a step-son, and grandson Adam Hagen.
Memorials may be made to St. John Lutheran Church – Clinton.
