Justin Robert Heiar, age 39, of Temecula, CA, passed away April 20, 2025 at his home. Justin was born June 7, 1985, in Clinton, IA, the son of William and Marilyn (Ostert) Heiar. He graduated from Northeast Community High School Read Obituary
I knew Justin for many years and worked with him on and off as we typically do in the same MOS. I sadly heard about his passing too late, wish I could have seen him again before. Semper Fidelis brother, may you and your family find peace.

Those of us who have served in our military know especially how dedicated Justin was to the Corps and his mates and the hard work he put in to attain the many achievements of his military career. And so close to reaching his 20 years of active duty and honorable retirement.
Got to pray for his soul and for some kind of peace and understanding of his final act.
