Judith Humphrey's Obituary
Judith L. "Judy" Humphrey, 69, of Colorado Springs, CO, formerly of Clinton, died Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Aspen Living Center in Colorado Springs, CO. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Saturday, July 25, 2009 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, July 24, 2009 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will be in St. Boniface Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jimmie Langrehr, Kent Gifford, Daniel Gifford, Jonny Wells, Steven Gregg, and Kevin Boldt. Judith Lorraine Weller was born on October 30, 1939 in Clinton, the daughter of John and Ethel (Langrehr) Weller. She married Clarence A. Humphrey on December 18, 1968 in Lancaster, MO; he died on April 15, 1992. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She enjoyed traveling, going out to eat, and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her long time companion Miguel Flores of Colorado Springs, CO; two sons: Daniel E. James and daughter in law Bonnie of Colorado Springs, CO, and Richard R. Hyde Jr. of Clinton; 7 grandchildren: Savannah and Daniel H. James both of Colorado Springs, CO, Joni Hyde of Manchester, OH, Shanna Kaiser of Cheyenne, WY, Arin Schlensker of Cheyenne, WY, and Jennifer and Sarah Smith of Colorado Springs, CO; 5 great grandchildren; one sister, Kathleen Konopka of Clinton; one niece; 4 nephews, and numerous cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Clarence, and one sister, Marilyn Jean Bruhn. Memorials may be made to the family.
