Juanita Elaine DeLoe's Obituary
Juanita Elaine DeLoe, 89, of Camanche, Iowa, passed away Sunday at Park Vista, Camanche. Services for Juanita will be held at 1:00PM Friday, April 29, 2022 at the Camanche Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 11:00AM until the service hour Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons, Shawn Bengtson, Kyle Bengtson, Craig Reeves, Nick Huling, Brandon Cornish, Bret Plocher and Drew DeLoe. Juanita was born August 11, 1932 in Osgood, Iowa, the daughter of Arthur John and Leona Kate (Webster) McClelland. Juanita was a 1950 graduate of Clinton High School. She married Richard DeLoe December 16, 1950 in Clinton; he died October 18, 2007.
She was a homemaker and had been a waitress in the Clinton area.
Survivors include her daughter, Vicky Cornish of Camanche, IA; son, Steve (Peg) DeLoe of Eldridge, IA; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Alletta Olsen of Clinton, IA and sister-in-law, Sheron Stralow of Illinois.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; son, Joe; daughter, Kathy Burnett, an infant son; four sisters and her brother.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the Park Vista Staff and Mercy Hospice for their excellent care.
