Joseph Shadle's Obituary
Joseph R. Shadle, 59, of Camanche, died Thursday, June 19, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center in Clinton. All services will be private. Joe was born on February 2, 1949 in Newton, IA, the son of Elmer and Darlene (Vodohosky) Shadle. He was a 1968 graduate of Camanche High School. He married Joan Huffman on June 26, 1971. He worked as a car detailer for McEleney Motors for over 18 years. He loved to fish, and was a huge fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Chicago Bears. He is survived by his mother Darlene Shadle of Clinton; one son, Joe Shadle Jr. of Camanche; 2 daughters, Cynthia and Amanda Shadle, both of Clinton; 2 sisters, Trish Katcher of Bettendorf, IA, and Connie (Klaus) Andresen of Camanche. He was preceded in death by his father
