John A. Pugh, 79, of Davenport, formerly of Clinton died peacefully Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Amber Springs Nursing Home – West Des Moines, Iowa. A visitation will be from 1:00 – 3:00 pm, Saturday, March 2, 2019 at the Clint Read Obituary
John and I had many good times over the years. Breakfast and lunch trips, working on houses or his cabin and of course hanging out at square shooters....Or just hanging out at the house with his family. I just found out he passed, and regret that we'd fallen out of touch the last couple years.

Dean & I were so sorry to hear of John's passing. We were so blessed to be friends with John & Louise for so long. With everyone's health issues the last couple of years, we did not see each other as much but have many fond memories of times spent with them. We will miss you, John
