John Bash's Obituary
John M. Bash, 71, of Clinton, Iowa died Sunday at Mercy Living Center North, Clinton. There will be no services; cremation rites will be accorded at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory.
John was born December 19, 1938 in Bell Fountain, Indiana, the son of Lester and Alice (Ames) Bash. He married Janice M. Schutte in 2000 in Clinton.
John was employed as a laborer in the construction field for many years.
Survivors include his wife, Janice of Clinton; son, John (Jill) Rule of Silvis, IL; step-children, Dennis Schutte, Catheryn (Tim) Schutte and Stephanie (Joshua) Judge all of Clinton; 11 grandchildren; Brothers, Charles (Dorothy) Bash of Dereham Norfolk, England, Howard (Shirley) Bash of Portland, Indiana, Robert (Ellen) Bash of Idaho City, Idaho and Marion (Brenda) Bash of Danville, KY, and 37 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, three brothers, a daughter and a grandchild.
Memorials may be made to the family for a favorite charity.
