Joey L. Bowman's Obituary
Joey L. Bowman, Sr, 57, of Clinton passed away Friday, June 21, 2024 at his home.
Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date. Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting with the arrangements.
Joey Lee Bowman was born March 22, 1967 in Burlington, Iowa, the son of Jerry and Rebecca (McGinnity) Bowman, Sr.. He was a graduate of Davenport High School. He married Jodi Mitchell on June 25, 2004 in Davenport, Iowa. He was a welder by trade and worked for Egging Company. He also worked for ADM for 16 years.
Joey enjoyed fishing and leather tooling. He had a strong faith in the Lord and will be remembered as being a hardworking man who loved his family and was always their protector.
He is survived by his wife Jodi Bowman of Clinton; children: Joey L. Bowman, Jr. Of Davenport, Brittany Dowell of Michigan, Zachary Schachel of Clinton, Tannah Bowman of Clinton, Rayhne Bowman of Clinton, Larissa Bowman of Clinton and Emerie Bowman of Clinton; four grandchildren: Nici, Aida, Aurora and Amorah; siblings: Jerry Bowman, Jr., Ricky Bowman, Sr. and Cindy Bowman; and his father Jerry Bowman, Sr. He was preceded in death by his mother.
Memorials may be made to the family to assist with final expenses.
