Joan Hess' Obituary
Joan J. Hess, 76, of Clinton, died Saturday, December 22, 2007 at her home in Clinton.
Private Funeral Services will be Monday, December 24, 2007 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Michael C. Brewer officiating. Burial will be in the Springdale Cemetery.
Joan June Lorenz was born on February 24, 1931 in Clinton, Iowa the daughter of Hilbert and Zelda Lorenz. She married William R. Hess on October 22, 1950 in Clinton; he later died November 24, 1987.
She is survived by her daughter: Debra Hess of Clinton; two sons: Bill (Helena) Hess of Clinton, and Richard (Carrie) Hess of Fulton; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
