Jeffrey A. Hendricks' Obituary
Jeffrey A. Hendricks, 53, of Camanche formerly of Long Grove, Iowa passed away Thursday, May 10, 2018 at his home – Camanche.
Funeral Services will be 12:00 pm, Monday, May 14, 2018 at the Camanche Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Andrew Hendricks, David Hendricks, John Diamond, Luke Hultquist, Earl Krieter, Scott Johannsen, Wayne Domin, Doug Hendricks and Todd Hendricks. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the service time on Monday at the funeral home.
Jeffrey Alan Hendricks was born December 24, 1964 in Davenport, Iowa, the son of David and Loretta (Johannsen) Hendricks. He was 1983 graduate of North Scott High School. He worked as a small engine mechanic for many years, owned his own delivery contractor business and worked part time at Farm and Fleet.
Jeff enjoyed gardening and fixing small engines in his garage. He also enjoyed attending his children’s sporting events and cheering for the Dallas Cowboys.
He is survived by his four children: Sarah (Wayne Domin) Hendricks of Seneca, Illinois, Andrew (Rheanna) Hendricks of Somonauk, Illinois, Gabrielle Hendricks of Camanche and David Hendricks of Camanche; four grandchildren: Wesley Hendricks, Maddie Domin, Wayne Domin Jr. and Avery Domin; his mother: Loretta (Tom) Phillips of Maysville, Iowa; siblings: Todd (Chris) Hendricks of Davenport, Iowa, Mari (John) Diamond of Rock Island, Illinois and Doug Hendricks of McCausland, Iowa; and many nieces and nephews.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
