Janet Noreen Jaxtheimer's Obituary
Janet Noreen Jaxtheimer, 75, of Camanche formerly of Orlando, Florida passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Prairie Hills Memory Care – Clinton.
Memorial Services will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Clinton. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory is honored to serve Noreen’s family and online condolences may be expressed by visiting her obituary at www.snellzornig.com.
Janet Noreen Harden was born April 23, 1945 in Eustis, Florida, the daughter of Richard C. and Alice M. (Andrews) Harden. She was a homemaker, loving caregiver for many family members and worked as a consultant for Creative Memories. She married Thomas Jaxtheimer on March 22, 1980; he passed away in December 2001.
Noreen will be remembered as a compassionate person who enjoyed scrapbooking and spending time with her family. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Clinton and was very active in numerous activities and bible studies.
She is survived by her children: Lori (Michael) Sindt of Camanche, Iowa and John (Dirlie) Caputo of Canton, Georgia; five grandchildren: Jason Vineyard, Sarah Caputo, Ryan Vineyard, Anthony Caputo and Katie Vineyard; aunt: Ellen Andrews of Port Orange, Florida; “adopted” granddaughter Venus Reeves; close friend: Alyce Sindt and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her husband; Noreen was preceded in death by her parents, grandson: Tyler Vineyard, son-in-law: Chuck Lyons, uncle: Thomas Andrews, sisters-in-law: Judy and Frank Hawley and Lynne and John Teffner.
