James Gassman's Obituary
James Francis Gassman passed away on January 23, 2008 in his house. He was born August 25, 1926 in Clinton, Iowa to Elizabeth Klein Gassman and Joseph W. Gassman. They preceded him in death as well as his son Jonathan J. Gassman, his three sisters and one brother. Survivors are Shirley, his wife, Pamela Maresca, Victoria Gassman, his daughter-in-law, David and Laura Gassman, Paul and Susan Gassman, Christopher Gassman, Thad and Deborah Gassman, Jorese Gassman, and Samuel Gassman. There are 18 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. A brother and sister-in-law George and Dalores Gassman live in Iowa City.
The body was cremated and a private family memorial is to take place.
