James C. Cook's Obituary
James C. Cook, 75, of Fulton passed away Monday, December 25, 2023 at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Memorial Visitation will be Friday, December 29, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting his obituary at www.snellzornig.com.
James Curtis Cook was born February 16, 1948 in Clinton, Iowa the son of Rudolph and Bernice (Poel) Cook. He was a 1966 graduate of Clinton High School and served in the United States Navy from 1966 to 1970. He married Barbara Klare on September 17, 1984.
Jim was an avid Chicago Cubs Fan. He was a family man and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his three children: Michelle Meyer of Phoenix, Arizona, Angela (Joshua) Dykstra of Morrison, Illinois and Bryan Cook of Clinton; grandchildren: Augustine, Alexandria and Kyle; and nieces Kristen and Lisa (Martin Balgach) Kennedy.
Jim was preceded by his parents.
