Jaclyne Jane Peterson was born February 20, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Einer and Peggy (Smith) Peterson. She married Sydney Theodore Tubbs in 1979. She was a homemaker and enjoyed camping and spending time with family and friends.
Jaclyne is survived by her husband Ted Tubbs of Clinton; three step-children: Kevin Tubbs of Columbia, South Carolina, Tedd Tubbs of Clinton, Iowa and Teresa (David) Waldorf of Lakeville, Minnesota; four grandchildren; and five sisters: Gayle, Lou, Mona, Shirley and Mona. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
