Henrietta I. Walker, 67, of Clinton, died Monday, March 16, 2009 at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City, IA. Funeral services will be 12:00 pm Friday, March 20, 2009 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 am until the service hour at the funeral home. Cremation will follow the funeral service. Henrietta Ida Ronveaux was born on December 13, 1941 in Rock Island, IL, the daughter of August H. and Mary (Sursa) Ronveaux. She married Howard Walker on August 30, 1958 in Rock Island, IL. She was a homemaker and had been previously employed with LRC Electronics as a Bookkeeper. She is survived by her husband Howard Walker of Clinton; 4 sons: Howard Jr. (Corlina) Walker of Salt Lake City, UT, Edward (Debra) Walker of Clinton, Timothy (Amanda) Walker of Clinton, and James (Marie) Walker of Sand Hill, FL; 2 daughters: Tammy (Donald) Newton of Clinton, and Emily Pugh of Des Moines, IA; 14 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and one sister, Louise Roma of Rock Island, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, one brother, and one son in infancy.
