Helen A. Swanson, 83, of Clinton, died Thursday, April 15, 2010 at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Monday, April 19, 2010 at Chancy Lutheran Church in Clinton. Visitation will be from Read Obituary
Aunt Helen was an amazingly kind and loving woman. Some of our fondest memories growing up were when Aunt Helen(and Uncle Bob) would stop at Grandma Irene & Grandpa Byrl's for coffee! They were always interested in what we were doing.
She will be missed greatly! You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
DOROTHY YOU HAVE OUR SINCERE SYMPATHY FOR THE LOSS OF YOUR MOM. SHE WAS A WONDERFUL WOMAN, WHOM WE LOVED DEARLY! SHE NEVER COMPLAINED OR HAD ANYTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT ANYONE! To Dorothy, & Gary, and families, I'll always remember the many visits with your Mom going back to JL days. I can still see your parents @ Dave's Holiday Bowl Game in San Diego. You were so gracious to let me come. I enjoyed visiting with your family today.

Condolences to your family. I knew Helen because of Bob worked at Clinton schools, which I attended, and Bob's brother/sister-in-law were neighbor's of my parents.
