Harry R. Goodell's Obituary
Harry R. Goodell, 82, of Camanche passed away Sunday, May 9, 2021 at his home in Camanche. A private memorial service is being planned. Harry was born May 22, 1938 in Swan Creek, Illinois, the son of Harry and Esther (Chase) Goodell. He married Diane Carter in 1970 in Morrison, Illinois.
Harry retired from Waukesha Engines and later from Metform.
He enjoyed sharing his birthday with his great-grandson, Aiden.
Survivors include his wife, L. Diane Goodell of Camanche, IA; daughter, Elenna (Steve) Schroeder; sons, Brian Meyer, Terry Meyer, Marvin Goodell, James Goodell, Rex Goodell and Todd Goodell and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, his son, Leroy H. Meyer, Jr. and a great-granddaughter.
