Grace Null's Obituary
Grace I. Null, 95, of Camanche, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 23, 2008 at Mercy Living Center - South, Clinton.
Funeral Services will be 11:00am, Monday, October 27, 2008 at the Camanche Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday from 3:00-7:00pm at the Camanche Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory.
Grace Irene Wiebers was born on September 7, 1913 in Camanche, Iowa, the daughter of John and Ella (Shadle) Wiebers. She married Marvin J. Null on April 14, 1932 in Oregon, Illinois; he later died February 8, 1962.
Grace was a 1932 graduate of Clinton High School. She was a cook with the Camanche School District for 17 years.
Grace was a member of First Baptist Church, Camanche, the Eastern Star Chapter #65, Women of the Moose, and the VFW Auxiliary.
Grace was survived by one sons: Robert Eugene (Pat) Null of Camanche, Delores “Sis” (Courtland) Greve, of Camanche, Louella May Rose of Camanche, Pamela Norris of Clinton, and Jaqueline (Timothy) Sachsenmaier of of Camanche; one daughter-in-law: Laura Null of Camanche, 18 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.
Grace was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son: Donald; two brothers, two sisters, one granddaughter, and two great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be made to the First Baptist Church or the Camanche Fire Department.
