Gloria Jean VanLoo, 62, of Clinton, passed away Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center – Clinton.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 PM, Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory, cremation will follow the visitation. Gloria was born December 26, 1951 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Leo and Iona (Lingle) VanLoo.
She was a Clinton High graduate. She had been employed at A.C. Nielsen for many years. She worked at Mercy South in the dietary department for the past 16 years.
She is survived by her sister, Carol (Ron) Roling of Clinton, IA; brothers, Ken (Terry) VanLoo of Bagley, WI and Larry (Pat) VanLoo of Camanche, IA, numerous nieces and nephews; two great-nephews and one great-niece.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
