Gerald Brandenburg's Obituary
Gerald R. Brandenburg, 67, of Clinton, passed away, Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at Eagle Point Nursing Home – Clinton.
Services will be 3:00pm, Friday, August 4, 2023 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Burial will be in the Andover Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00pm to the service time Friday at the funeral home.
Gerald Ray Brandenburg was born on July 9, 1956, in Clinton, Iowa, the son of Lowell and Nellie (Heck) Brandenburg. He was a 1976 graduate of Maquoketa High School. He married Barbara Weber on June 25, 2000.
Gerald was employed with the Skyline Center and also cut grass for Hoover Lawn Care.
Gerald enjoyed model cars and working on cars.
Gerald is survived by his wife: Barb of Clinton; two children: Jason Goebel of Clinton, and Elizabeth Goebel of Minnesota; three grandchildren and his brother: Darrell Brandenburg of Clinton; a niece and a nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother: Steven.
