Georgeanna Goddard's Obituary
Georgeanna E. Goddard, 85, of Clinton died Monday, October 24, 2011 at the Alverno Health Care Facility. Funeral services will be 11:00am Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00am until the service hour at the funeral home. Burial will be in Miles Cemetery. Georgeanna Elizabeth Henricksen was born on April 23, 1926 in Sabula, the daughter of Barney and Cecelia (Petersen) Henricksen. She attended Miles, IA schools. She married Rolland John Goddard Sr. on April 26, 1968 in Las Vegas, NV; he died on January 20, 1990. She was employed as a Press Operator with Collis Company for 34 years until retiring on February 22, 1989. She is survived by her cousin Ray Thomas of Clinton and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers and one sister.
