Frances E. Frederick's Obituary
Frances E. Frederick, 89, of Clinton passed away Saturday, February 8, 2020 at CGH Medical Center – Sterling.
Funeral Services will be 10:30 am, Thursday, February 13, 2020 at the First United Methodist Church – Clinton. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Kris Schoen, David Schoen, Kyle St.Clair, Rylan Tjalas and Dale Beatty. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Frances Elsie Harridge was born April 6, 1930, the daughter of John and Susie (Van Dorn) Harridge. She married Edwin P. ST. Clair in 1950; he passed away in August 1969. She later married Harvey Frederick in 1970; he preceded her in 2007. She attended Morrison Community School.
Frances was a homemaker and worked at the Garment Factor in Clinton for several years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Clinton. She enjoyed to baking, traveling, crocheting, needle point and shopping.
She is survived by her three children: Randall (LisaAnn) St. Clair of Morrison, Krista (Melvin) Shoemaker of Morrison, Illinois and Karen (Dale) Schoen-Beatty of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; four grandchildren: David Schoen, Jr., Kristopher Schoen, Kyle St. Clair and Rylan Tjalas; three great grandchildren: Maddison St. Clair, Alex Schoen and Samantha Schoen, one brother: Clarence (Carol) Harridge of Morrison, Illinois; and many nieces and nephews.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, two brothers and 5 sisters.
