Fran Hallinan had such a positive impact on people in unknowing ways. When our team was deployed to NYC, in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, she shared her friendship with Cardinal Dolan with her friend, and our teammate Dave Samuelson. We were able to visit and brief the Cardinal on the situation and gain the Cardinal's support and prayers for our mission to the survivors. May +Fran rest in peace! Victor Haburchak, McLean, VA
