Evelyn Hubbart's Obituary
Evelyn M. Hubbart, 92, of Clinton, passed away on Friday, August 26, 2022 at the Alverno.
Memorial Services will be at 11:30am, Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Saint Paul Lutheran Church. A gathering of family and friends will be from 10:00am to the service time Thursday at the church, with a luncheon to follow at the church fellowship hall. Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family.
Evelyn Margaret Miller was born on July 26, 1930 in Clinton, the daughter of Jurgen and Eva (Matthew) Miller. She was a graduate of Clinton High School in 1948. She married Jack Hubbart on April 2, 1949 in Clinton, he died January 1, 1984.
Evelyn was a ward clerk at lane Lamb Hospital for 24 years. She was a member of Saint Paul Lutheran Church. She enjoyed card club, gardening, bicycle rides, swimming and all types of puzzles. She also very much enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Evelyn is survived by her children: Brent (Gabriela) Hubbart of Belen, New Mexico, Bonnie (Mike) Meyers of Clinton, Kurt (Rhonda Mclntyre) Hubbart of Clinton, daughter-in-law: Ann Hubbart of Clinton; 7 grandchildren, 3 great- grandchildren; her brother: Don (Lois) Miller of Searcy, Arkansas; a sister-in-law: Beatrice Miller of Clinton; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two infant daughters: Janet & Janice; son: Mark; a sister Janet; three brothers: Jerry, Dick and Kenny Miller, and a daughter-in-law: JaNean.
