Dear Bieber family, you had wonderful parents. I remember your Mom's kind loving ways and your Dad's zany sense of humor. Great folks, you were truly blessed. I'm sorry this is late, my step-brother's funeral was the same day. You all have my sympathy, fondly, Kathy Bell
