Edward Arey's Obituary
Edward Ralph (Baby Fat) Arey, 46, of Clinton, IA, died Thursday, March 4, 2010 at his home in Clinton, IA. Visitation will be from 9am to Noon Monday March 8, 2010 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory. Cremation will follow the visitation.
He was born October 2, 1963, in Clinton, IA, the son of Dwayne Darrell Arey and Betty Lou Rife Arey Smith.
He was employed as a carnival worker with Davidson United Shows for 27 years.
Survivors include his mother, Betty Lou (Jim) Smith of Queen City, MO; daughters, Robin Arey of Iowa, Courtney Elaine Arey of Cedar Rapids, IA and Brooke Hon of Adel, IA; one grandson; sisters, Teresa (Dick) Jewell Jr. of Clinton and Laura Lou Arey of Kirksville, MO; brothers, Richard (Laura Mae) Ledesma of Kirksville, MO, Danny (Lisa) Arey of Clinton and Jake Arey of Des Moines, IA; step sisters, Teresa (Greg) Thomson of Clinton and Deb Smith of Clinton; and step brothers, George Kramer of Clinton, Bob Kramer of Davenport and James E. (Melody) Smith of Clinton. He was preceded in death by his father, brother, Jim, grandparents, two nephews and a niece.
